Directions for Use:
1. Saturation Dose (First 2 Weeks) –
For the first 2 weeks, you will be taking a ‘Saturation Dose’, which is double the normal daily dose. This gives you a total of 4 capsules per day.
Take 2 capsules with your very first mouthful of breakfast* in the morning. Take the next 2 capsules with your first mouthful of dinner* at night.

2. Transition Dose (1 week) –
After 2 weeks at the Saturation Dose, drop down to the ‘Transition Dose’ of 3 capsules per day:
Take 1 capsule with your first mouthful of breakfast and 2 capsules with your first mouthful of dinner at night.
Maintenance ('Normal') Dose
2. Maintenance Dose (Ongoing) –
After 2 weeks at the Saturation Dose, drop down to the recommended ‘Maintenance Dose’ of 2 capsules per day:
Take 1 capsule with your first mouthful of breakfast and 1 capsule with your first mouthful of dinner at night.
For Severe Symptoms ONLY:
Mega Dose -
Mega Dose (1 Week ONLY) –
If your symptoms are particularly severe, you can take a ‘Mega Dose’ for the first week only. This is a total of 6 capsules a day.
Take 3 capsules with your first mouthful of breakfast and 3 capsules with your first mouthful of dinner at night.
Under 40 Years Old / Normal PSA:
Preventative Dose (Ongoing) –
A preventative dose is recommended If:
- you are under the age of 40 and symptom-free, this would be a healthy dose.
- you are over the age of 40 and have had ‘normal’ results from both a PSA blood test and a DRE (Digital Rectal Exam)
This is a total of 1 capsule a day.
Take 1 capsule with your first mouthful of dinner at night.
Unless otherwise specified, it is usually best to take supplements with the very first mouthful of your meals.
The reason for this is, a little bit of food stimulates the body’s natural digestive process, activating enzymes and the various processes required for optimal absorption.
However, they should be taken with the least amount of food in the stomach as, the more you eat, the less will be absorbed. (Most of us eat way more than we actually need and/or the body can process, so taking supplements at the end of a meal is usually a waste of time and money.)
Remembering To Take Your P8!
In order to maximise your likelihood of adherence, we strongly recommend keeping the bottle of P8 in your dining area at all times.
For example, if you use salt and pepper with your meals, consider keeping the P8 bottle with them. Make sure that you can SEE your pills as you begin each meal so that you are maximising the likelihood that you will remember!
